These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop lagoa-fins.ch. The version valid at the time of the order applies. Conflicting terms of the customer are not accepted.

2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the shop is a non-binding invitation to order, not a binding offer. By completing an order, the customer submits a binding offer.
The contract is concluded once we confirm the order or dispatch the goods. An automatic order acknowledgement by email does not yet constitute acceptance of the order.
3. Prices and Shipping Costs
ll prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), including statutory value-added tax unless stated otherwise. Shipping and any customs costs are shown separately during the order process.

4. Payment
The payment methods offered during the order process apply. Payment is due upon ordering, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are estimates and not binding, unless expressly stated as binding. In the event of delays, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.
Deliveries abroad may incur additional customs and import charges, which are borne by the customer.
6. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Returns
There is no statutory right of withdrawal or return for online purchases in Switzerland. As a voluntary gesture, we grant returns in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.
Condition: the goods must be returned within 20 days of receipt, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. The cost of return is borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
8. Warranty and Notice of Defects
The statutory provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO) apply. Obvious defects must be reported in writing by email within 10 days of receipt; hidden defects immediately upon discovery.
In the case of a justified notice of defects, we will, at our discretion, repair the item, replace the goods, or refund the purchase price.
9. Liability
We are liable only for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence as well as for indirect and consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Windsurf fins are sporting equipment. Proper and appropriate use as well as correct installation are the responsibility of the customer.
10. Data Protection
We process personal data exclusively within the scope of the applicable data protection legislation. Details can be found in our Privacy Policy.
11. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to its economic purpose.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version valid at the time of the order applies.
